Pregnancy and early motherhood are among life’s most powerful transitions. They invite us into a new relationship with our bodies, our breath, and our sense of self. At times, the changes can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, they can also feel deeply empowering.
This is the heart of Saara Vance’s teaching. With warmth, knowledge, and an intuitive understanding of women’s needs at this stage of life, Saara creates classes that feel like a balm: spaces where you can soften, strengthen, and feel supported, whether you’re carrying your baby within or holding them in your arms.
The Benefits of Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga
Yoga during pregnancy can ease physical discomforts, build strength in preparation for birth, and create space physically and emotionally for both mother and baby. Gentle breathing techniques calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help cultivate presence in each unfolding moment.
Postnatal yoga offers something equally vital: the chance to reconnect with your body after birth. Movements are designed to support core and pelvic floor recovery, release tension from tired muscles, and rebuild strength gradually and safely. With babies welcome in class, these sessions also foster a sense of community, reminding new mothers that they are not alone.
Nourishment and Support at Amble
At Amble Creative Wellbeing, we believe that nourishment isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. Saara’s classes are more than movement; they are invitations to rest, to breathe, and to be held in a space of care. Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your rhythm as a new mother, these classes offer stability, calm, and connection.
