Life moves quickly. Most of us spend our days rushing from one thing to the next, rarely stopping long enough to truly exhale. Pause & Replenish is an opportunity to step out of that pace and into something softer-an hour devoted entirely to nourishment, calm, and conscious self-care.

We’re delighted to welcome Atifa Balding (Ati), also known as Surrey Hills Wellness, to the studio for a soothing 60-minute restorative session designed to support deep rest and reconnection with yourself. With over 25 years of experience in integrative holistic therapy, Ati brings a grounded, compassionate presence that makes it easy to unwind and let go.

A Space to Release & Reset

Throughout the session, Ati will gently guide you through practices that invite your body and mind to soften. Using a blend of restorative postures and therapeutic self-massage, she’ll help you untangle the subtle tension that accumulates in the face, jaw, temples, and neck-areas where many of us hold stress without even realising.

These simple, sustainable techniques can easily become part of your everyday self-care routine, offering small moments of relief long after the workshop ends.

Whether you’re depleted, overwhelmed, or simply seeking stillness, this session offers the nervous system a much-needed exhale.

What to Expect

  • Restorative postures supported by props to help the body soften and release

  • Facial tension release ritual, including self-massage for the jaw, eyes, forehead, and neck

  • Guided relaxation inspired by Yoga Nidra to promote deep rest and inner quiet

  • A safe, welcoming environment where absolutely no prior yoga, meditation, or massage experience is needed

Just come as you are.

Spaces are nearly full, and this is a beautiful opportunity to receive spacious, therapeutic rest under the guidance of someone truly skilled in the art of slowing down.

Your pause awaits.
